Payment Policy

Payments - the basics

Payments are due by August 13, 2026.

T-shirts and color bracelets to represent your clan are included with purchase. 

​

Orers placed after July 31, 2026 are not guaranteed to receive t-shirts, because t-shirts must be ordered in time for them to be available during the meet & greeet on August 14, 2026.

Payments are non-refundable.

​

If an unforeseen circumstance arises, tickets can be transferred to another family member.

​

All funds are directly deposited into the legacy reunion account to be utilized for the reunion.

​

Underutilized funds will be reserved for future family events.

​

We are not responsible for third-party payment services and have no control over their pay up front installment plans. If you use such a service as Klarna or Afterpay, you are bound to their terms of service. Any questions, concerns, or issues about your payment will need to be directed to that third-party.
